Vivalti é uma vinícola que conta com vinhos e espumantes, a essência italiana está presente em todas as ações da marca desde o princípio. Cada cepa foi selecionada com o maior cuidado, respeitando as características do terroir. Todas as mudas cultivadas na Vinícola Vivalti vieram da Europa, entre elas as uvas Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Merlot e Montepulciano, dentre outras, todas bem adaptadas ao clima e solo de São Joaquim.
