Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Bodybuilding are three different forms of strength training workouts that are oftentimes confused with each other. This series of books acts as a workout planner as well as a guide that tackles the three different sports. Each book discusses one of these sports and gives insight on the exercises, technique, number of repetitions and so on. They also include a brief introduction and summary of what the sport is, and thus could be used by different people regardless of their proficiency in fitness. The overall design of the book covers resembles a bumper plate, with holes in the middle and the circular typography around it. The books are also color coded according to the International Weightlifting Federation’s (IWF) bumper plates color code, which is used in these sports to visually identify the weight of each bumper plate just by its color.
