CAMPAIGN AGAINST SEA PLASTIC POLLUTION.

The project was to create an advertising campaign having to choose from a long list of topics and techniques.

After a study of the strategies used to design the advertising campaigns I decided to make one to sensitise people against the pollution caused by plastic in the sea and I chose to treat this dramatic topic in a humor way using a goldfish as a mascot in an unexpected situation.

For the realisation I used Photoshop in an I pad and I hand-draw with Apple Pencil.

The goldfish has an expression evidently annoyed by the presence of plastic waste in its fish tank.

Clearly nobody would ever let their little friends live in those conditions and then the question is:

-How can we allow what happens in the sea?-

So an invitation to recycle plastic.

Goldfish as a mascot can attract the attention of children as well as adults, teach children the importance of the environment as soon as possible is a fundamental thing.

My mascot can be inserted in various contexts and gives the opportunity to create multiple illustrative sequences so that it can also be adapted in a multiple display of outdoor poster or even gadgets.
