The new symbol for Flatiron emphasizes the precision and collaboration at the heart of the Flatiron vision. The company relies on its partnerships: between researchers and providers, between technology and oncology, between engineers and physicians. The two diamond partners together form an implied whole hexagon, a stable basic, geometric shape.

In February 2018, Flatiron Health was acquired by Swiss pharmaceutical giant Roche for $1.9 billion. The Flatiron brand, however, will continue to be independent.
