Yesterday - A Beatles Tribute by Orquesta Filarmónica

In times were COVID-19 strikes us all I've been feeling worried about our situation in every way: our loved ones, our health, our jobs... and trying to find a little light in my recent projects in my portfolio, I found none. My last two projects have been really dark, not only in the way I used colors, but also in themes.

Here's one project I was very excited about. Orquesta Filarmónica de Costa Rica was about to play a tribute to The Beatles and I was selected to design materials for that show. I planned to show you this project after the orchestra played, but the Costa Rica Ministry of Health suspended all massive events until September for our safety. I was going to this concert on March 29th, this Sunday. Of course, it's not going to happen.

I have to admit, it's very sad to know that the billboards are out there but the global situation it's sadder than a postponed concert. Please be responsible. Stay home (this means social distancing, do not invite people over), work from home if it's possible for you, wash your hands, clean your house, connect with people (there are plenty of apps to do this), support your local economy if you can and unite in distance to help the world out of this one. Respect your quarantine, this affects everyone.

Without further ado, here's the work I did for Orquesta Filarmónica, which we'll see when things go back to "normal".
