This drawing of a hotpot meal is based on my first experience with Hai Di Lao delivery in Shanghai. The restaurant delivers the entire kit for hot pot along with aprons and room freshener spray. Absolutely amazing. 

 

During this COVID-19 social distancing period, I’ve been thinking even more about food from home. I am unable to return home at this time but a friend and her wonderful family has taken me in.
