My second final work and my first attempt at puppet animation. A dancer tries to dance on her tiptoe 'pointes' feet. She is searching for the confidence needed to overcome her fear of failure. As it comes down to self confidence, an uncommon helping hand gives her courage

Building my first puppet:

I made it very hard for myself by making a large puppet of 26 centimeters (10.2 inches) long
Although it's very inconvenient for scaling, it worked out fine with the large trees on the set. Since the puppet has to stand on her tiptoes and walk around, three nuts are secured in each foot. With tie downs, the puppet could stand on her feet and on tiptoes.
