Their in-store experience is a well-oiled machine, but they came to us to ramp up their digital offerings. One of the biggest challenges for Sturhahn’s customers was the uncertainty of buying jewelry for someone else. Specifically, is the piece I’m purchasing what they really want? Enter the Wishlist App. It enables users to browse the entire product catalog and create custom wishlists that can be shared with others. Now customers can shop with confidence and be certain their loved ones get what they want. With additional innovative functionalities, this app exceeded our client’s expectations and solved a major problem for their customers.
