Adaptive Reuse Project of the Berlin ice factory 

 

The project is mixture between holzmarkt & the Berlin wall Gallery: 

 

-Holzmarkt by connecting it from accross the Spree by Pedestrian Bridge an outdoor exhibition area with a small market place and specially designed pavilions for visitors from both sides of the spree to explore and that will relate to the interior new function of the factory which will be art museum and gallery with small auditorium in the basement with a night club.  
       
 -Berlin wall gallery by the usage of the purposly curved design walls that mixes between the modern look and the old usage of the bricks to reflect on the factory and give it a since of belonging and at the same time modernising the site spirit so the site would be appealing and attractive
 to all generations. The walls are used by artist who could rent them 
and paint there arts so they help creating the outdoor exhibition of the site
