Design Process
Before graduation, I was assigned to create my own personalized postcard.
My goal was to create a character that would stand out and an environment to show off my skills as a children's illustrator.
As you can see below, I started with a rough along with a quick sketch of my character. I blocked in the colours. My one challenge in this illustration was creating the lighting.
This was executed by saturated colours and figuring out where my light source would be.
Overall, the execution was done and would love to re-make this postcard in the future.
