308 Neilson Street , Penrose , Auckland  was a factory / office that required a new facade and landscaping to transform this building from a ugly duckling to contempory premises. The works invloved adding  new windows and  automatic sliding  glass entry doors  with a  sto plaster facade, as well as new hard and soft landscape.
