My concept is based on the asexual reproduction of amoeba called binary fission. The whole concept of division of cells in amoeba inspired me for this collection. In my designs there would be panels that separate from each other and the wearer gets to choose how further or near they want the panels to be. The collection will have amoeba inspired pocket details that is the pockets would be amorphous in shape; this is because I wanted to bring in a certain element of amoeba in my designs even though my whole concept revolves around the division of cells. My macro trend is modularity so my designs were going to be multi functional. To choose in what way they would be multi functional I decided to go for the idea of separation and closeness. In this idea different panels of a garment can be made closer or further from each other by giving wearer the choice of how much they want to reveal. Thus the macro trend and my concept both are linked by the idea of  “separation”.
