15 historical periods: Ancient Egyptian, Ancient Greek, Medieval, Renaissance, Rococo, Victorian, Art Nouveau, Bauhaus, Art Deco, Bohemian, Organic, Mid-century modern, Minimalist, Traditional, Contemporary.

Were created in Adobe Illustrator with Wacom Bamboo.



Furniture item:
Chair
Usually made of wood; low to the ground; scenes or carvings common on the back; 
gold and ivory often included for nobility
Typically made of wood with a fabric or animal hide cushion. Gold colours.
Seats were supported by panelling rather than legs. Box seat design.
X-frame. Its construction, consists of multiple slats in the legs which cross each other and rise to form the arms. 
Often covered with silk or velvet and the seat would have had a cushion.
Entire frame appears to dissolve into a continuous flowing, curving line. Carving of twirling leaves, asymmetrical Cand S-shaped scrolls, flowers, and fanciful elements resembling rocks and shells would mask the areas where the cabriole legs and sinuous curving arm supports were joined to the seat rail.
Luxury leather, deep buttoning, low back, and high arms.
Resembles trees or flowers. Curved legs. Round seat.
Polished metal, in shiny and impeccable lines. Steel rigid tubes. 
Unreinforced steel tubing.
Pink or pastel suede material. Only one arm.

Cylindrical legs incised and inlaid with small pieces of ivory in lotus petal and drop shapes.
These couches, known as klines, had a headboard that could be used as a backrest while sitting, 
and were elegantly upholstered.

Plush velvet, intricate tapestry, and needlepoint upholstery-work. 
 Rich dark-brown colored wood like mahogany, rosewood, and walnut.
