The project located in a commercial area in R-07 residential district in the new administrative capital.
The client requirements mainly were to create a module of retail shops with an average size of 16-20 m2. His vision was to make use of the total built-up area by maximizing the sellable area and increase the floor area efficiency by minimizing service areas of the project. Also, his aim was to create an iconic building to act as a landmark for its local residents.
