From Past to Present

The works are the part of the "Home" series.
At this moment the project is working with the notion of past homes the artist lived during her life.
All the drawings are made with white acrylic and very delicate and gentle.
And very intimate as well.
This intimacy has several reasons behind it.
First of all, The artist needed to get close to the surface of the drawing to make sure that the pattern is transferred properly.
Later the viewer in order to see all the over-layerings and details has to get close to the work as well. Which evidently creates the intimacy in the relationship of the artist and the viewer.
And this intimacy is something very particular to the domestic space. Not everyone is invited there - but now you are.
