It’s amazing what story ideas a single image can spark. I’m not a writer but I could see flashes of this guy growing up amongst his human family before having to leave to live amongst his own kind. They tried to keep him as long as they could but It was starting to get a little difficult to hide his existence from their neighbours, not to mention the cost to feed someone this big!
