Tampines Palmwalk Exchange is a ground-up community programme where residents can give pre-loved furniture for others in their community to take (i.e. lower-income residents). FANTASTIC designed a series of public service announcement posters that were friendly and fun so that it connected with all residents regardless of backgrounds and languages.
