The fashion editorial ‘They are raping us’ is inspired by the Chilean citizens impotence and that’s why we interpret the human rights violations in the current state of the country that repeats what happened in 1973, something that chilean media won’t dare to show or to talk under the people’s look, the cause of pacific manifestations versus the oppression of the chilean state. Every visual code of this photoshoot is a symbol of what happened and we as image makers, won’t stay silent to demand dignity.
