Site design for a Hawaii based printing & art supply business which does business in the Central and South Pacific. Necessary to take existing base in vendor-structure & "jazz it up" to cater to a creative audience yet still maintain the professional atmosphere expected of the firm. Several years ago while in the company's employ I had implemented the motto "Where Hawaii Gets Its Color" and introduced the use of rainbow-coloring in addition to the company's standard red & yellow tones. That combination is being carried forward, along with the theme.

The site is purely dynamic and built within the WIX architecture for simplicity, cloud hosting, speed and dependability. It is fully optimized for mobile use, and perfectly displays in all major, up to date web browsers. 

Integration of the company's existing blog site is implemented via an app interface offered by the hosting service. This will continue to feed into the web, minimizing SEO and ranking impact.

Instead of further breaking categories down by type of product & use which historically is how this company managed their inventory, a different mindset is being introduced. To better represent the brands offered, as well as leveraging customer loyalty to those brands while optimizing the site for co-ooperative benefits from vendors, true "branding" of products lines is done on this site.

Further breakdown for product pages. Instead of huge amounts of repetitious data on the site from manufacturer sources, "Keeping It Short & Sweet" is the theme. Full product information is linked to in labeled PDF files from manufacturer which are hosted by the company - NOT the manufacturer.

Final level of product page set clearly lists all SKUS for relatable items. This is not a transactional website, but there could be in the future by simply restructuring the lists.
