There are many things that I have learnt from this project brief as I started off full of ideas only to realise that some of them were not going to be achievable. During the process I understood that I don't need to take anything for granted and I cannot assume anything about what is going to happen during shootings and their organisation. For this reason, I will avoid any kind of behaviour resembling this in my next project as I encountered a lot of difficulties with achieving and realising my initial idea and lost a lot of time trying to overcome them when I now realise that I should have just abandoned the idea and found a new one. Once I overcame the initial difficulties such as restaurants and hotels not granting me permits to shoot within their private areas, I sought new locations and avoided the problem by going in places where I knew that there would be little to no restrictions and where shooting was permitted granted the photos were shared post-shooting. Overall i had fun with my project and learnt a lot about needing various plan Bs in case something goes wrong. I will not make the same mistake next time and make sure I do thoroughly plan ahead and avoid wasting time.
