Michael Kenna is an Artist, creating work which is Dynamic and Monochrome Photography, through capturing the art most of us see today as nothing. Michael Kenna takes seascapes that we might see every day and captures them in a state of flux. In his art he raises the question of an object so you ask yourself what it is the idea behind this prodigy of a creation. He includes the implementation of two experimental methods in his artwork. One is using a monochrome layout and colour scheme to emphasize the main features. Two is when he makes all of his images square to show a specific area rather than a never ending abyss. While he also uses other methods when he manipulates his images using powerful image processors to make the image seem granulated by increasing the gain, then increasing the exposure and varying the contrast contingent to the image that has been taken through the eyes of a virtuoso.
