We are not just born with abilities, we have to earn them. And the wheelchair basketball team of Alba Berlin really own some. Watching them play is an impressive thing to see. Fast, precise, hard and exciting. And even though these athletes may sit in a wheelchair the distance between the basket and the athlete did not seem to matter at all. 

My aim was to translate what I felt while watching them play. So I chose a specific ratio of compression and background blur to present the athletes in the context of the game and as I got to know them: strong, proud and super sweet guys to hang with.
