2020年2月大阪天満宮で行われた、てんま天神梅まつり「盆梅と刀剣展」を全面プロデュース。令和最初となる本展では原点に立ち返り、“菅原道真の生涯”を表現した情景のうつろいを通して夜の梅を楽しむ新たな梅まつりを行った。
We produced the entire Temma Tenjin Plum Festival “Bonbai and Swords Exhibition” held at Osaka Temmangu Shrine in February 2020. In this exhibition, which is the first in Reiwa era, we got back to the origin and designed a new plum festival to enjoy the night plum with scenes expressing "Life of Michizane Sugawara".
本展示は、室町時代に描かれたとされる菅原道真の肖像画の掛け軸から始まる。歌の才をみせた道幼少期、そして太宰府への左遷から時代を経て天神様として祀られるようになるまでのストーリーを和歌や漢詩を通して各部屋で表現した。
This exhibition begins with a scroll of a portrait of Michizane Sugawara, allegedly painted during the Muromachi period. We expressed his story in each room through his waka(Japanese poetry), and Chinese one. There are some songs telling the story of the childhood when he showed his poetic genius, and his history from when he was demoted to Dazaifu to the time when he became worshiped as Tenjin God.
薄明かりの中、感覚が研ぎ澄まされ梅の香りを普段より強く感じることができる。また、梅の影を場内に広く映し出すことにより空間全体がうめであふれているような演出とした。
In the dim light, our senses are getting be sharpened and the scent of plums can be felt stronger than usual. In addition, by adjusting the direction of lighting the shadow of the plum is projected widely in the wall of hall and it looks like as if the entire space is filled with plums.
