Mark Hemstreet, the founder of the Shilo Inn Suites, is also the man behind the Lincoln Shore Star Resort in Lincoln City, Oregon. He had plans to develop a one-of-a-kind Oregon Coast, master-planned community on 80 acres of oceanfront and ocean view land. The development consists of 55 prime residential lots, commercial facilities, a resort hotel, and now the oceanfront independent Siletz Chinook Winds Casino and Resort.
