These last days, social media has seen a movement between illustrators where they showcase the sketches for a drawing, along with the final art. This has raised the #StartFinish challenge, hashtag used on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
In my particular case, I can’t be happier with the challenge because, although I love the way my illustrations turn out, I have always felt that I’m a pretty good sketcher, and it saddens me to think that some strokes and movements will be lost when vectorized or during the final pixel retouching.
