The brief asked us to produce a body of work that explored the form, function and construction of a book, while introducing ten design principles covered in the first academic year on the course.
An A5 publication was created that briefly introduces each design principle in an aesthetically engaging way. The booklet uses illustrations and infographics to visually support information to help ensure that the audience engage with its content.
The booklet was digitally printed onto an off white, 120gsm stock and then hand bound using a needle and thread.
