Open Up Campaign is aimed at those 16 to 35 years old. Seeking to increase general awareness of mental health Issues, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, etc.

This project was to look at a mental health campaign concept and branding for a health charity.
The logo is a very simple one the speech bubble represents speaking out/opening up, the human represents an
individual affected and the circle is from the ‘O’ shape of the logo also representing never ending comfort. I want
people to feel at ease, relaxed and open with this sub brand.

I was inspired by quotes I read on depression on  e.g “I feel like I’m drowning alone in my thoughts and there is no way out. I used these to explain how a person with depression for example may be feeling. Using my brand name OPEN UP. The goal is to get anyone one feeling alone to open up and for those who don't have mental health problems to understand how a person feels using strong illustrated visuals to depict inexplicable feeling.
"With 1 in 4 people affected with mental health issues in the UK and most still not
comfortable talking about mental wellbeing I decided to create this campaign Idea".
