In cooperation with the city of Dortmund we redesigned the e-governance platform.
Several months we focused on gaining a deep understanding who will be using this product. The design process was iterative, with usability testings we evaluated our design solutions.

A core part of our redesigned e-government platform is this Flowchart giving an overview of the process applying for a new ID card.
We extracted all important information from the former website with it’s confusing continuous text and visualised the data differently to improve the usability.
