Brief :- If water was found outer space what would humans use it for?

Solution :- Because of the special placement of particles this water can be deoxidized (Oxygen can be extracted) to a point where the water turns into dust and can be turned back into liquid as soon as it contacts with Oxygen. Sell deoxidized water that can be stored in and extremely compact packaging.
