Sapporo, Kanazawa, Komatsu, Tokyo... Just a few of the places I visited in the Japanese winter of 2019. Sapporo snow festival had some incredible and creative snow sculptures, plus the Sapporo Zoo some fun playful animals. Kanazawa fish market was a great cultural and taste experience, and the gardens lit up at night were gorgeous. Seeing a 930E dump truck in its namesake hometown of Komatsu was so cool, especially walking around it and sitting in the cab. Relaxing and strolling around beside the river in Tokyo city make for some awesome views, and grabbing a quick drink in an owl cafe made for some cute tea guests. All in all will definitely be returning to this amazing country.
