This was my 4th and last project of my 1st Bachelor in Architecture.

The concept is a hostel with a public area and water-facilities.
The site is at 'bijloke-kaai' , Ghent, Belgium.
I chose for a hostel because Ghent is a student-city and there are many Erasmus students also.
It's located on a main road that is always passed when entering Ghent by car, and also near the tram-rails that bring students from the station to the city.
The building also holds a boat for water-skiing and 4 kayaks.
I also designed a lift for the storage of those kayaks.
