Character Design Illustrations
In mid 2018, I worked on designing a character (or mascot) for a mobile app. The client knew what animal they wanted to use so I was tasked with illustrating a befitting bunny as well as a couple of poses/expressions for different pages/messages on the app.
I sought for illustrated animals references online (Judy Hopps, from Zootopia, was one of my models haha) as well as rendering and color references and then got to illustrating with my Apple iPad Pro and the Apple pencil. The images below are the outcomes of my work on this project. You'll also find a timelapse video at the end of this thread.
