    This project came out of a discussions with my brother. He works primarily with autistic and developmentally disabled children. His job demands a lot of creative solutions for getting kids to follow directions. Not the least of which is sitting still. The Sit Still Pillow is a repurposed Ikea stool pad with a layer of thermochromatic fabric sewn on top. The idea is to challenge children to change the color of the fabric, or to maintain the color simply through putting their body heat on top. The pad makes the act of sitting in one place fun and interactive. Read Less
