SUNFLOWERS IN A JUG PORTRAIT
For this illustration I wanted to draw something that was vibrant, happy and sunny. What better than to draw the beautiful Sunflower. The illustration was drawn in Faber-Castell Polychromos and Prismacolor Pencils and the odd Copic Marker here and there.
This was my first time drawing sunflowers and I'm so happy with the outcome and has become one of my favorite pieces. I extended this portrait to a duo, one bunch in a vase and the other in a rustic farmhouse jug.
