“Jazz At Work” is a gathering occasion, an open comparison between people who belong to the same structure, sharing spaces and job plans, who want to improve their way to cooperate.
Organized as a “training day” for human resources, it uses the jazz metaphor and its fundamentals applied to the business organization.
Based on the principles of “learning organization”, Jazz at Work involves the attendees with the strength of a jazz piece, to better transfer the contents, that are essentials for a modern company: human resources value, commitment, cooperation, potential expression, improvement, empowerment.
“Jazz At Work” is also an experience that binds people, leaving them new tools to discover that we can manage the changes using harmony. The same you can find in a jazz song.
We combined the jazz fundamentals with the learning organization concepts. The result has been a bright and "harmonic" training workshop, where the human resources empowerment, cooperation, and innovation concepts stayed deep in the heart and mind of 25 attendants of Gruppo Reale Mutua, thanks to the operational contents, and the involvement that only the music can generate
