A really important part of The Mural Project is that part of the proceeds from every mural commission we receive goes into a fund that allows us to paint a custom mural project for a school, non-profit or community project at no cost. This is the first mural project we funded in this way for a school in Panama.

This mural was an interactive mural so we actually we got all 200 students at the school to leave their fingerprints on the mural. As they did so, they thought about what "Leave Your Mark on the World" means to them and left their physical mark to honor this pledge. Every time they walk by the mural, it will be a reminder about that pledge they made. We hope that these little reminders will help spread acts of kindness each day.
