Experiences might be common but the values, emotions and stories behind them vary widely from person to person.
These photographs were captured to create focus on a series of hands portraying different time frames in life involving a range of emotions. I aim to imbue a sense of belongingness and incorporate the ideology of being different but going through the same ups and downs a series of hands to be able to give freedom to the viewers to visualise different stories. Hands happen to be a considerably vital part of most experiences in people’s lives. To me, hands seem to have their very own narrative to experiences.
