Derived from the Finnish ‘pikku’ – ‘small’, the practical Pikku backpack takes inspiration from hand-made traditional woven Birch bark containers. Using a distinctly modern and minimalist approach, the body of the bag is created using just one piece of leather that is folded into a 3D form using an entwined four-part grid motif.
Designed to be sustainable and long-lasting, Pikku is made using vegetable tanned leather and stainless steel screws. Its owner can easily unfold the bag to its two-dimensional shape and treat the leather as necessary or to their own taste.

Available in two colours, natural brown or a matte black, the backpack measures 18cm x 18cm x 9cm when fully assembled and will compliment a variety of different looks.
