This is a Virtual Reality experience base on the understanding of hemispheric institute's operation mode. The Hemispheric Institute connects artists, scholars, and activists from across the Americas and creates new avenues for collaboration and action. Focusing on social justice, they research politically engaged performance and amplify it through gatherings, courses, publications, and archives. Through the interview of event director and publication director, we start to dig the deeper relationship between publication and event. The networking of the institute in events happens in specific time and place. The publication spread the liveness and reviewed scholarships of the event through out the limitation of time and space. The diagram shows how the institute gather people through the liveness of event, as well as how they build the network through the digital publication of all the liveness and scholarships.
