Luminox magazine is an effort to pursuade and educate the general public on more alternative theories of origins, futurism, and colonization. The stories in this inaugural issue reflect upon exploratory space theories. My section was dedicated to the theory of space colonization, which posits that humanity will begin to hop from planet to planet once they develop manageable space travel.

 

The art direction of this piece was designed to reflect the feeling of space; the grey, minimal sensation that one would get by looking at the night sky. The color palette was a chosen two tone decided on to capture this cold feeling. Through a grid system, we achieved a uniform sense of minimalism that moves thoughout the piece.
