MAD BURNISH
This is a poster I created to promote the movie "PROMARE". I was really inspired by the movies brilliant use of colors and sharp subtle gradiants, and wanted to communicate that same desing in this poster.
Text and context
Also wanted to see how the poster would fit together with text and some form of story context. Opted to add a wite outline and text under the artwork.
PROCESS
At the start i wanted to create a more minimalistic poster, and opted to use a single flame at the middle to illustrate PROMARE's subtle design. As you can see above it eventually evolved into more than that, but it's fun to see where it started.
