Speak, Whisper, Hear, Listen.

One of my favorite poetry from Pablo Neruda, feeling a bit in the mood of reciting a poem. All the layers of vocals are made by my fun little experiment with Ableton Live 9.

If little by little you stop loving me
I shall stop loving you
Little by little
If suddenly you forget me
Do not look for me
For I shall already have forgotten you
If you think it long and mad the wind of banners that passes through my life
And you decide to leave me at the shore of the heart where I have roots
Remember
That on that day, at that hour, I shall lift my arms
And my roots will set off to seek another land
A favorite passage from Sputnik Sweetheart by Haruki Murakami. One of my favorite book of Murakami.
What I love about this book is, the way he talks about loneliness, desire, and depression, blends perfectly. All of his words seems so alive like always.

“Why do people have to be this lonely? What's the point of it all?
Millions of people in this world, all of them yearning,
looking to others to satisfy them, yet isolating themselves.
Why? Was the earth put here just to nourish human loneliness?”
