Three Shapes is part of a set of three typefaces, collectively called Limitations, exploring how mathematic algorithms can be used as a generative method.
Algorithms are a step by step process. Algorithms are a finite set of rules used in calculating functions.
This particular typeface uses only three shapes to create each letter or number. Only triangle, rectangle and circle can be used, only once for each letter. The simplicity achieved allows us to understand each letter or number in its simplest form.
Used to display the decimal point of pi. Pi is a never ending number that is used to calculate the circumference of a circle.
