The Product

The cTrader ID site is a personal cabinet where a user can manage his credentials, cTrader trading accounts, active sessions, notifications, cloud charts (chartshots) and APIs.
Problem The Project Was Intended to Solve

Users need to effectively manage their accounts and preferences across different brokers. This functionality was scattered over platform menus, ID site, API connect site, chartshots page etc. Users also had an option not to use cTID whatsoever by logging directly into trading account.

2018 was the year when we migrated all our brokers to cTrader ID authentication, so there was a need to completely revamp the cTrader ID site structure and broaden its functionality to keep all the tools and benefits of cTrader ID in one place.
My Role

UX Designer. Developed new site structure and flows to accommodate desired functionality. Created content inventory, wireframes and interactive prototype. Visual design was postponed in order to limit time needed for development, therefore the cTrader ID site was developed using ready-to-use Bootstrap styles.
