As Eatsa/Brightloom began partnering with restaurants outside of Eatsa stores to license our technology, we continued creating products to ease friction at the point of in-store pick up for restaurant guests, staff and third party delivery drivers. The Spotlight Pick Up System is designed to be a lean, versatile product that scales the magical experience of an Eatsa store easily into any restaurant. Its seamless digital interface allows for personalized messages that make it easy and fun to find your order.
Working closely with a cross-functional team, I led concept creation and design throughout the full development cycle for this completely new product. As the Industrial Design lead on the project, I also focused heavily on the product’s user experience, form, aesthetics and materials. Throughout the development cycle I facilitated the creative process including research, ideation, concept prototyping, user testing and iteration.
