This is ethanol fueled utra high pressure - high velocity oxygen fuel (UHP-HVOF) spraying gun for Flame Spray Technologies.

 

Outer parts are made from anodized aluminium alloy. It's mounted to a robotic arm during spraying process so the ergonomics are mostly about simple assembling and disassembling for maintenance.
