Recallo - A call helpdesk management system
Recallo is a mobile call centre solution for businesses. This project was to revamp the existing dashboard which was clumsy in UI and difficult to navigate experience wise. Solution was to rebuild the information architecture, incorporate a clean flat user interface and clean up the experience.
