The building stands as a conglomerate of volumes, dynamically intersected at Riza cerova and Dervish Hekali streets.
A volume that tends to approach the scale of the context in which it occurs, by drawing and stepping back as it rises.
It stands so light on the ground , dynamic until the sixth floor, and continues to fade while it grows taller with the purpose to be accepted in a neighborhood where multi-storey buildings coexist with old houses of Tirana.
This is the latest project by UDV architects.
