Macabeu Cava
The new label for Microtiratges 4: Macabeu. Microtiratges is an experimental project from Maria Rigol Ordi's cellar, specialized in cava, that offers limited editions made from exceptional crops.
We followed the same visual language as Microtiratges 2: Xarel·lo, because it is also a cava produced with a single type of grape. The xarel·lo grape is known for giving the "skeleton" to the flavor, however, macabeu is the musculature of that skeleton, the body of the wine.
