Lean Innovations was looking to reposition its meal replacement programs by re-purposing a current TrimFast brand design to TrimLife, creating a new tier. Ishimodo approached Stephen about executing on this update. He began by converting the existing logo lockup, matching the original TrimFast design as closely as possible, retaining essential brand recognition. He built out the rest of the range using existing design assets, modifying them for the varying pack sizes. The outcome was a familiar look that successfully brought this updated product range within the new program hierarchy.

Stephen created the front of pack hero images for the shakes, retouching multiple stock images into a single composition. He then shifted the colour of each shot to suit the relevant product variant.
Franklin matched the original TrimFast brand lockup as close as possible, including the thinning font weights of ‘Fast’ and ‘Life’.
The shake carton artwork was moved to a smaller dieline that required restructuring of the panel designs.
The shake hero image was built from white milk in a glass and a milk pour with swirl.
The colouring of the hero image was adjusted to match the flavour variant after the main image composition was complete.
Stephen selected a range of variant cameo images for the Ishimodo Agency to choose from.
The front of pack layout from the carton was reworked for use with the sachet artwork.
Stephen translated the look and feel of the shake packaging across to the wrap packaging of the Meal Replacement bar.
The look and feel of the Meal Replacement bar shippers was created by using the elements of the Shake Packaging.
Existing Soup packaging artwork needed to be translated to new dielines.
